Kompany Klub is designed for dancers who love performing, want to strengthen their skills, and are ready for a team experience. Dancers receive focused training and opportunities to participate in performances, competitions, and social activities.
Klub dancers must remain committed to their required classes and rehearsal schedule. Parent involvement is required. Additional fees may apply for costumes, competitions, performances, tickets, and travel. Fundraising opportunities are available to help families offset these expenses.
Kompany Elite is Kulture’s pre-professional training program for committed dancers who want to advance their technique, artistry, versatility, and performance skills. Elite dancers participate in a more intensive schedule that may include multiple weekly classes, rehearsals, competitions, conventions, performances, and travel.
Elite dancers are expected to train consistently both inside and outside the studio. Parent involvement is required. Additional fees apply for costumes, competitions, conventions, performances, tickets, and travel. Fundraising opportunities are available throughout the season.
Kulture Kompany is audition-based. Dancers must have at least one year of dance training to audition. Kompany dancers are only required to take their assigned Kompany classes, but they may register for additional classes.
Participation in specific competitions and performances is based on readiness, attendance, commitment, and casting. Not every dancer is guaranteed to compete, but dancers will have opportunities to perform throughout the season.
